Kerry Criticizes Russia's Energy Price Hike

US Secretary of State John Kerry said on April 2 that energy should not be used as political weapon, a day after Russia made hefty hikes to the price of its natural gas sold to Ukraine. Speaking at a meeting of the US-EU Energy Council at EU headquarters in Brussels, Kerry, flanked by EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, said: “We cannot allow it to be used as a political weapon or an instrument of aggression.” Credit: YouTube/European External Action Service (EEAS)
