Netanyahu Sworn in as Israeli Prime Minister

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was sworn in as prime minister at the Knesset late on Thursday, May 14. Haaretz reported the ceremony was pushed back two hours because his Likud Party members squabbled over cabinet positions. The swearing in signals the start of Israel’s right-wing coalition government, which has a fragile majority with 61 of 120 parliamentary seats. Credit: YouTube/IsraeliPM
