NYC Black Lives Matter Activists March on Ferguson Anniversary

Marches were held around the United States on August 9 to commemorate the anniversary of Michael Brown’s death, which is considered the start of what has become the Black Lives Matter movement. Protesters marched in Brooklyn in New York City in the morning, and other marches were planned throughout the city during the day.
