Police Confront Anthony Hill Protesters in Georgia

People gathered in Chamblee, Georgia, on Saturday, March 14, to protest after an unarmed black man, Anthony Hill, was shot dead on Monday. Protesters assembled at Hill’s apartment complex and marched along Chamblee-Tucker Road, according to reports. Reports on social media indicated some protesters were arrested.

Hill, 27, had served more than four years in the US Air Force. He struggled with mental illness, and was naked when he was shot by a police officer who had been called to the scene after a complaint of a suspicious person knocking on doors. Credit: Asia Parks
