South Carolina Police Officer Appears in Court on Murder Charges

The police officer accused of fatally shooting an unarmed man in the back appeared in court on April 7 on murder charges. This video shows Patrolman Michael T. Slager appearing at his bond hearing. Video emerged on April 7 that shows Slager shooting Walter Scott in the back as he ran away from the police officer.
