Syrian Activists Offer Condolences to Chapel Hill Victims

Syrian activists located in the north western town of Kafr Nabl offered condolences to the families of Deah Shaddy Barakat, 23, Yusor Mohammad, 21, and Razan Abu-Salha, 19, who were shot dead at their home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, on February 11.

During a solidarity protest for the victims on February 14, the activists carried banners directly addressing US President Barack Obama, that said ignoring the killing of the three students would “generate terrorism.” Credit: YouTube/Raed Fares
