Ukrainian Troops Released in Prisoner Exchange With Separatists

One hundred and thirty-nine Ukrainian soldiers were released as part of a planned prisoner exchange between Ukraine and pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Ukrainian city of Frunze, near Lugansk, on Saturday, February 21. According to reports, the exchange saw 52 members of separatist militias returned to the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR). This video is described as showing the exchange.
