Ukrainian Troops Released in Prisoner Exchange With Separatists

One hundred and thirty-nine Ukrainian soldiers were released as part of a planned prisoner exchange between Ukraine and pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Ukrainian city of Frunze, near Lugansk, on Saturday, February 21.
