New York building collapses after explosion

The New York City fire department is responding to a reported explosion in the neighboured of East Harlem. A spokesperson for the department said it is responding to a report of a possible building collapse on East 114th Street and Park Avenue in East Harlem. WABC, a local ABC station, reported that residents heard a large explosion in an apartment building on Wednesday morning.
