Yahoo News Walking Dead season 8 mid-season finale shocks & stuns
The Walking Dead season 8 mid-season finale aired last night (December 10) on AMC, and it's safe to say that some of you were left pretty stunned.
You probably were expecting a few twists and turns in the bumper 88 minute episode 'How It's Gotta Be', partly because of the teasing words of showrunner Scott M. Gimple.
"Friends, do check out the big Walking Dead program tonight," he urged.
"It's a monumental one; lots of folks worked very hard on it to bring you something special."

And partly because, well, it's The Walking Dead midseason finale.
It was pretty obvious that things were going to get pretty heavy, pretty fast - as the official show account acknowledged.
