Watch: Floods Engulf Cars In Jordan's Capital

Cars and vans are caught on camera being submerged by floods in Amman, Jordan.

Video shows floodwater rushing down a street in the country's capital - with cars left scattered and stranded.

The flash flooding was triggered by heavy rainfall. Main streets were closed in the capital and in other cities.

It is not clear if there were casualties.

It comes the day after Michelle Obama's trip to the country was delayed when a sandstorm clouded skies across parts of the Middle East.

An official travelling with the first lady said her scheduled arrival in Amman on Wednesday was postponed "due to a weather call".
