Visitors at Haleakalā National Park in Hawaii were greeted by a spectacular sunrise on Tuesday, February 13.
Sunrise is one of the most popular times at the national park, and officials one year ago instituted a trial reservation system that includes a fee. The system was instituted in response to concerns over safety and damage to the natural resources due to overcrowding.
