The Widow viewers were completely baffled tonight (April 23) after Georgia Wells (Kate Beckinsale) took a trip on a plane with a young girl who presumably travelled without a passport.

Georgia and the child soldier Adidja boarded a plane with the plan to take a journey deep into the Congolese wilderness in search of Georgia's missing husband.

In previous episodes, viewers witnessed Georgia jetting off to the Democratic Republic of Congo to seek answers about her supposedly dead husband Will after seeing him on a news report.

But a number of people watching at home have complained about holes in the show's storyline and were left confused over Adidja's trip without a passport (note: tweets contain strong language).

"Can't fathom what's going on #TheWidow but the biggest thing bugging me tonight is how did Georgia get Adija on a plane?! Cant believe she has a passport?!" wrote one fan.

While another added: "I can accept Kate Beckinsale has run round a jungle killing people and still looks ready for a night out.

"I can even accept a plane got blown up mid air and every f**ker on it survived. But I am not having she's got the little girl on a plane with no passport."

The scene has left many viewers confused, but others have suggested that this must have been an internal flight which would mean that Adidja wouldn't require a passport to travel.

This isn't the first time the show's left some people clueless over its storyline. Fans complained about this gruesome twist yesterday (April 22) and the use of confusing flashback scenes last week.
