What to expect at Land of Giants

This is a 90-minute experience giving families the chance to explore the park trails, gardens and parklands. Once inside, you'll discover epic dinosaurs and Ice Age beasts lurking amongst the trees and bushes. Be on the lookout for roaring woolly mammoths, a 16-metre tall Diplodocus and an eight-metre Triceratops.

And, of course, the trip wouldn't be complete without encountering a ferocious T-Rex! There's also time for young palaeontologists to dig for fossils too.

The Land of Giants tour takes place in the grounds and park areas. The actual castle won't be open for the public to walk around inside. There will also be food and drink trucks offering local and independent cuisine at the entrance and along the route.

"The Land of Giants is a phenomenal day out for the entire family," said Naz Kabir, marketing and event director. "We can’t wait to open our doors and bring together dinosaurs and ice age creatures for the first time, here in the UK.

"We know that keeping little ones entertained during the holidays can be hard work and incredibly expensive; at The Land of Giants, we have worked hard to bring visitors a fun-filled, educational day out at a price that’s accessible to all."
