Hundreds of thousands of pounds have been handed over to People's Postcode Lottery winners in the last seven days.
Three postcodes in the North East were among those who won between between June 8 and June 15. They are located in Wallsend (NE28 9SY), Cramlington (NE23 8JQ) and Tynemouth (NE30 4NE).
All of the neighbours in those areas, who play the People's Postcode Lottery, have bagged themselves £1,000.
Elsewhere in the UK, players living in the DG9 7B postcode area of Gateshead, Scotland, have won £250,000. Players in the CT20 3NG area of Kent, south east England, have also won £66,666.
Players sign up for the People's Postcode Lottery with their postcode and pay £12 a month.
They are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month. If a postcode gets lucky, every player in the postcode area wins the prize.
The subscription lottery has raised more than £1billion for charities across the UK since the lottery was founded in 2005 and 33 per cent of every ticket purchased goes charity.
