Winter Weather Causes Power Outages in Northern Maine

Snow and gusty winds swept across parts of northern Maine early Saturday, March 30, causing power outages across the region, local media reported.

Video from X user @EMC_Maine shows snow falling in Aroostook County on Saturday morning.

Dr Mark Little, who jointly led the research at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, said the discovery has the potential to "help solve society's biggest challenges".
