This property is situated in a village used to people paying big bucks for wooden sheds. But this particular one is slightly different to the usual Abersoch beach huts that fetch six figure prices.

For starters it isn't on the beach - with the Gwynedd village's Porth Mawr the usual site for these structures. That factor is a negative for most although the beach is only a very short walk away.

The positive compared to those beachside sheds is that this place includes a large open plan room that can be divided up and used as a bedroom. In addition there is a galley kitchen and shower and the total floorspace is far larger than those on the Abersoch sands.

It is on the market with Elvins estate agents. The guide price for the property is £150,000.

The agent said: "Located at the top of Lon Golf in Abersoch, Bryn Tirion is positioned in a sought after location, two minutes from Abersoch beach and village centre. The property consists of a wooden structure with a garden/parking to the front.

"The interior compromises of an open plan room on the front and a galley kitchen with shower room to the rear. We believe the property to be Freehold, but potential purchasers should seek clarification from their solicitor prior to an exchange of contracts."
