Knitters across Worcestershire have been called to help create memory bags for people living with dementia.

Worcestershire County Council's Worcestershire Libraries have appealed to knitting enthusiasts to create twiddle muffs for new themed memory bags.

The novelty bags will include items such as books with a pictures-to-share book, themed objects and photos, a game, and a specially-designed 'twiddle muff'.

Guidelines for making twiddle muffs can be found on Worcestershire Libraries' website (https://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/sites/default/files/2024-06/How%20to%20make%20a%20Twiddlemuff.pdf).

All donations should be sent to your nearest library.
