The 2022 World Darts Championship reaches its climax tonight as Michael Smith faces Peter Wright at Alexandra Palace.

Gerwyn Price came out on top last year but fell to Smith in the quarter-finals, before ‘Bully Boy’ knocked out James Wade to reach his second world final.

He will face ‘Snakebite’ Wright, who claimed his maiden crown in 2020 and knocked out former champion Gary Anderson with a record number of 180s in Sunday’s other semi.
