When is WWE SummerSlam 2019? Date, time and location plus full match card and odds

Some of the best names in WWE are getting ready to fight it out in Toronto with SummerSlam 2019 just around the corner.

One of the biggest events in the wrestling calendar will pit a whole host of wrestling superstars against each other in the battle to be crowned champion.

The 32nd SummerSlam will see Brock Lesnar battle Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship and Becky Lynch face Natalya for the Raw Women's Championship crown.

Here's all you need to know about SummerSlam 2019.

When is SummerSlam 2019?

SummerSlam 2019 will be held at the Scotiabank Arena in Tornto, Canada. As with most WWE events filmed across the Atlantic, you should prepare for a late night with it set to begin with a pre-show at 10pm (BST) on Sunday, August 11.

The main event is expected to kick off around midnight in the UK, and could last anywhere up to five hours so remember to book the Monday off work if you can.

How to watch SummerSlam 2019 in the UK?

The main event will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Box Office and the WWE Network.

The pre-show will begin from 10pm, with the main show taking place around 12am on Monday August 12.

To watch on Sky Box Office it will cost £14.95, or £9.99 a month to tune in on the WWE Network.

First time WWE Network customers can watch it for absolutely nothing by taking advantage of the one-month free trial for new subscribers.

All you need to do is enter your details and sign up - but remember, the free trial only lasts for a month.

With odds of 1/2 at Betfair, Brock Lesnar is heavy favourite to defeat Seth Rollins, who is at 6/4 in their Universal Championship match.

Kofi Kingston is listed at 4/9 to beat Randy Orton while Becky Lynch is at 2/9 to beat Natalya, who is at a comparatively massive 3/1.

Ember Moon is at a whopping 15/8 to beat Bayley, who is heavy favourit in their match at 4/11. Meanwhile, AJ Styles is the bookies' pick to beat Ricochet.

At 1/14 Goldberg is expected to win big against Dolph Ziggler while Charlotte Flair stands at 1/3 to beat Trish Stratus at 15/8.

In the Kevin v Shane grudge match, the former is favourite to beat McMahon with odds of 1/4 while Bray Wyatt is favourite to win his match with odds of 1/14 to Finn Balor's 11/2.

Held at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, the 31st SummerSlam event saw Roman Reigns end Brock Lesnar's 504-day reign as Universal Champion to take home the title while Ronda Rousey became the first woman to win a women's championship in the UFC and WWE when she beat Alexa Bliss in the Raw Women's Championship.

Seth Rollins regained the Intercontinental Championship after he defeated Dolph Ziggler while WWE Champion AJ Styles was beaten by Samoa Joe via disqualification and Charlotte Flair captured the Smackdown Women's Championship in a thrilling Triple Threat Match against Becky Lynch and Carmella.
