X-Men star Olivia Munn shares first photo of baby son

X-Men star Olivia Munn has shared the arrival of her newborn son with the world.

The actress, who played Psylocke in the X-Universe, delivered the happy news on Instagram over the festive period that she had delivered her and comedian John Mulaney's first child together.

Along with revealing the baby boy's name is Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney, Munn also posted a photo of the little guy sleeping while nestled in a blanket.

Her partner John Mulaney shared a similar photo too, along with the humorous caption: "Meet Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney. He has his whole life ahead of him. He hasn’t even tried seltzer yet.

"I’m very in love with him and his whole deal. Happy Holidays."

Former Saturday Night Live star Mulaney went public with his relationship with Munn shortly after his split from former wife Annamarie Tendler, a makeup artist and artisan, in May 2021.

Mulaney would discuss his relationship with Munn as well as her pregnancy during an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers back in September.

"In the spring, I went to Los Angeles, and met and started to date a wonderful woman named Olivia – Olivia Munn," he told former SNL co-star Seth Meyers.

"And we're having a baby together. … I'm going to be a dad. We're both really, really happy."

Munn, who previously dated American football star Aaron Rodgers, has most recently returned to the Marvel Universe in her professional life, though not reprising her role as Betsy Braddock / Psylocke.

She has lent her voice to the Marvel animated series Hit-Monkey as Akiko Yokohama, perhaps best known as her ninja alter-ego Lady Bullseye.
