Yoga, Dance and Song on Westminster Bridge During Extinction Rebellion Blockade

Extinction Rebellion protesters in London kicked off what they said would be two weeks of direct action on Monday, October 7, with one group blocking Westminster Bridge, where they danced and practiced yoga.

Protesters also blocked Lambeth Bridge, and gathered at several other central locations, including Downing Street.

The London protest began with an opening ceremony at Marble Arch on Sunday evening.

Similar plans were in place for dozens of cities around the world.
