Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has revealed she has a secret tattoo of a sheep.

The Yorkshire Shepherdess - who lives with her nine children on the 2000-acre working farm in the Yorkshire Dales - has confessed to having a "tramp stamp", which usually refers to an inking in the centre of the lower back, just above the waistline.

Owen, 47, is quoted by The Sun as saying: "I have a tattoo of a sheep – a tramp stamp!

"Once upon a time it was a very neat Swaledale but after nine children I’m bit stretched so it might not look so much like a sheep anymore…"

The farmer also revealed she likes to relive her youth when her children are out at school by dancing around to rave music.

She said: "I have a love of rave and dance music. I don’t have any neighbours so I can listen to it as loud as I like when the kids are out at school."

And letting slip how she manages to fit make-up into her busy routine of getting up at sunrise to care for the animals, Owen revealed: "I also sometimes go to sleep in my make-up and after a quick tidy up the next morning I am good to go."

The Yorkshire Shepherdess recently confirmed on social media that she has split from her husband, 66-year-old farmer Clive, after 21 years of marriage.

She said in a statement: "Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.

"This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family.

"Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children.

"We would like to thank everyone for their support and would that the media please respect our privacy as we work through this difficult time."

The reality TV star last year confirmed rumours her marriage was under strain were true.
