An exclusive glimpse of the splendid nuptials, which were held at a chateau in France, will be shared during an episode entitled Wedding Bells and Cow Bells, which is scheduled to air on Tuesday, July 9.

31-year-old David exchanged vows with his long-time love, 28-year-old Megan Denny, a Holmfirth dentist, at Chateau du Doux, located in Dordogne France. This venue may already be known to viewers, as it was previously featured in the TV series Chateau DIY.

The Yorkshire Vet series, which has been giving viewers an insight into the lives of working vets since its launch in 2015 with Julian Norton and Peter Wright leading the show, introduced David, Shona, and Matthew to audiences in 2022. David revealed to the Express that he was unaware filming was happening during his initial appearance on the programme.

He shared with the publication: "I went on a visit to Cannon Hall Farm which is a big open farm, and I didn't know they were filming. I was just called into the vets and there was a calving going on, and they called me in for the calving."

"And then they said, 'By the way can we film it? ' And I was like, 'Okay let's see what happens'. And anyway, it went quite well and that's where it started." The Yorkshire Vet: Wedding Bells & Cow Bells is on tonight at 8pm on Channel 5.
