Off the back of yesterday's incredible picture of a weasel appearing to ride on top of a woodpecker, here are some more examples of inter-species piggyback rides
An incredible photograph of a weasel riding on the back of a woodpecker mid-flight set the internet alight earlier this week.
The picture was taken by east London hobby photographer Martin Le-May - but it's not actually as innocent as it seems.
The unique mid-flight image actually shows the weasel attacking the woodpecker. Luckily the rodent landed safely and the woodpecker got away unscathed.
The image was shared thousands of times around the world - but it's far from the first time animals have been caught hopping on other creatures for an easy ride.
The Tumblr account 'Animals Riding Animals' celebrates, well, exactly that.
These hilarious images span from a frog hitching a ride underwater on a goldfish to a monkey racing on the back of a hog.
