EastEnders spoilers follow.
Next week on EastEnders, Ben begins to make a breakthrough, while Whitney devastates Zack with her baby decision and Yolande returns.
Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:
1. George gives Ben some advice
Ben struggles with feelings of inadequacy ahead of Jay's parental hearing and is evasive when Billy tries to organise a celebration in The Vic that night.
Ben looks set to miss the court date altogether when he takes his frustrations out on the gym bag.
George intervenes and advises Ben to be there for Lexi, regardless of his feelings.
2. Honey worries about Ben
Jay is relieved when Ben makes it to the hearing after all, but Honey picks up on troubled Ben's behaviour around food later on.
She follows him home and tries to get Ben to open up, sharing her own experiences with bulimia.
Unable to share his pain with her, Ben lashes out and orders Honey to leave. After she's gone, Ben breaks down, feeling completely alone.
3. Sonia takes a pregnancy test
Sonia has no idea why Reiss is so off with her, unaware that he thinks she's cheated on him.
As Sonia reels from Reiss's comments about not wanting to be a dad, she prepares to take a pregnancy test with Whitney's support.
4. Yolande is back
Kim recruits Patrick to dish out love advice in her latest 'Kimfluencer' video.
A reluctant Patrick starts dispensing relationship wisdom on camera until he's interrupted by the arrival of a special visitor: Yolande.
Yolande explains that her partner Anton has thrown her out and she wants to stay with Patrick, but he isn't sure that's a good idea.
Feeling hurt and rejected, Yolande leaves.
5. Freddie prepares to leave
Kat is frantic when she hears Freddie is off to visit Little Mo.
Before he leaves, Kat tells Freddie to remember how hard Little Mo has fought to protect him.
6. Ben and Callum have a huge row
Honey advises a worried Callum to try to get Ben to open up to him but refuses to break Ben's confidence about what's really going on.
Ben gets the wrong end of the stick when he sees Honey speaking to Callum and lashes out, prompting Billy and Jay to step in.
Lexi insists that Ben must apologise to Honey, and they later go for a coffee. Honey urges Ben to let Callum in and he begins to consider it until a difficult conversation with Phil provokes Ben into purging again.
When Callum arrives home early, he catches Ben purging and tries to talk to him about it. Unfortunately, things quickly go wrong.
7. Denise gives Patrick some advice
Kim wants to know why Patrick isn't fighting to win Yolande back.
Denise is also on a mission to get them to reunite and tries to convince Yolande to stay.
After a heart-to-heart with Yolande, Denise begs Patrick to take a chance and tell Yolande how much he cares before she leaves forever.
8. Zack is heartbroken over Whitney's decision
On Peach's due date, Zack gets good news: His viral load is now undetectable.
As he and Whitney spend time at their daughter's tree, Zack suggests they could try for another baby.
Whitney breaks Zack's heart when she doesn't want to try for another baby and says she can never put her body through that again.
9. Reiss makes a mistake with Sonia
Whitney and Sonia are shocked to discover Reiss has tried to hack into Sonia's phone.
A furious confrontation ensues, and a devastated Sonia is left believing Reiss wants children — just not with her.
Reiss goes on a charm offensive to win Sonia over afterwards, but nothing works until he's totally honest with her.
They later have a heart-to-heart about everything, but what will this mean for their future?
10. Kat supports Ben
Kat is shocked to find Ben in a terrible state, punching a bag at the Boxing Den.
She soon realises why he's so upset and offers her perspective as a fellow survivor of rape.
Kat warns Ben he'll destroy himself and devastate his loved ones if he doesn't seek help.
Ben eventually agrees to try a support group, with Kat accompanying him.
11. Ben makes a breakthrough
Ben later returns home, where Callum is waiting for him. Callum begs Ben to let him in and share what's going on.
Afterwards, Ben and Kat go to the assessment, where he finally starts talking about his mental trauma.
12. Whitney and Zack discuss their future
Whitney and Zack have a difficult conversation about their future and children.
Chelsea advises devastated Whitney to keep talking to Zack so she doesn't lose him altogether.
However, when Whitney speaks to him, it's clear Zack thinks they are too far apart on this issue. Sharon finds Whitney in tears and decides to confront Zack over his behaviour.
13. Patrick has a decision to make
Patrick has a big decision to make: put his heart on the line, or let Yolande return to Birmingham and a man she doesn't love.
Yolande and Patrick go to the laundrette to talk. During their conversation, they consider whether they're each other's future or just ghosts from the past.
