30-foot sinkhole swallows cars and displaces New Mexico homeowners

A huge sinkhole opened up in the front yard of a home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, on Monday night, swallowing two vehicles parked on the driveway. The sinkhole, approximately 30 feet wide and 30 feet deep, has forced the temporary evacuation of the home, along with two other neighboring homes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
