Aldi has confirmed its opening hours for the upcoming late May Bank Holiday. The second three-day weekend comes a number of weeks after the last, so the supermarket is letting its customers know ahead of time if they need to pop to the shops.

The budget supermarket has announced that its standard opening time will stay in place at Aldi stores across the England on both Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 26. This means shoppers will be able to visit their local branch from 8am to 10pm, and 10am to 4pm, respectively.

In Scotland, it will be normal operating hours across all stores. These times include 8am-10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-8pm on Sunday.

How it reminds customers that some stores may differ, if they do not operate until the standard opening times. You can check specific times for any store on Aldi’s Store Finder on its website.

When it comes to the end of the long weekend, UK stores will be open from 8am to 8pm. Shoppers will be able to enjoy a wide array of fresh meat, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as sides, sweet treats and a vast selection of drinks to see out the Bank Holiday.

Click and Collect will also be available to customers at select stores. Customers can visit groceries.aldi.co.uk to browse the supermarket’s range online and book a timeslot for collection, where all of their Bank Holiday shopping will be brought to their cars and loaded into their boots by Aldi colleagues.
