Amanda Holden would 'love' to replace Holly Willoughby on 'Celebrity Juice' if it weren't for work schedule
Amanda Holden has said she'd been keen to replace Holly Willoughby on Celebrity Juice if it weren't for her other work commitments and the programme's tough schedule.
The This Morning presenter announced at the weekend that she would be leaving the team captain role she's held for nearly 12 years meaning there is a vacancy left on the Keith Lemon fronted ITV2 panel show and Holden’s expressed an interest.
She told HuffPost: "I would love it, but it is hard work because they film for blinking hours. I remember when I filled in for Holly, I was like ‘Yeah! I’ll come and do that’. But obviously I do Heart Breakfast, which I get up for at 5.30am, they film it over in Elstree and I’m not joking, it takes about four hours and they don’t finish until really late. So I would say yes, I’d love to, but it takes too long!"

The Britain's Got Talent judge also thinks she hasn't got quite the right persona for the job.
"I know Holly is not goodie-goodie by any means, but that’s what she plays, and I always think it’s better to watch someone who is straighter doing things out of their comfort zone. Everyone knows I’m up for anything, so it’s not as funny," she added.
Holden isn't the only one to speak out on stepping into Willoughby's shoes as actor Michelle Keegan has denied reports that she's already been signed-up to the gig.
Speaking on The One Show earlier in the week she remarked: "I can officially say that's not true. Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive fan of the show. I love the show, I find it hilarious. But, at the minute, no, no, that's not true."
