The next celebrity contestant to enter the I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! jungle looks like it's none other than Iain Lee.

According to The Sun, the talkRADIO host will be entering the competition later in the series, which kicked off yesterday evening (November 19).

Digital Spy reached out to ITV for comment, but a spokesperson insisted it's all "just speculation" at this moment.

However, the rumours come as Iain has conveniently been missing from his radio talk show... so make of that what you will.

While Lee previously said his recent radio silence was due to writing a book, his very own Twitter feed has fallen pretty quiet over the last few days, only fuelling speculation he has packed his bags and headed to the Australian outback to join this year's contestants.

And if he has, it won't be long until we find out, as the competition is now well under way.

It also looks like he'll be joined by former Scottish Labour Party leader Kezia Dugdale, who was reported over the weekend to have signed up for the show.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! kicked off last night with the news that Amir Khan and Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo would be competing in the first proper Bushtucker Trial of the series.

The opening episode also saw Ant address his rehab stint in an adorable fashion and Harry Potter make an unexpected appearance when several of the celebrities faced a terrifying plank challenge.

I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
