Appeal to trace sex offender with links to Blackburn and Accrington

A 36-year-old man is wanted for breaching sex offender notification requirements and for recall to prison.

Richard Mason is 5ft 11in, of medium build, with a balding head and dark beard. He is often seen wearing a baseball cap or beanie hat. He speaks with a southern accent.

Police said he has links to Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington, and Lytham.

Officers said the CCTV stills taken recently show that he has trimmed his beard.
