Ariana Grande hopes to turn Piers Morgan into a feminist as they end their feud

Ariana Grande has high hopes that she can turn Piers Morgan into a ‘future feminist’ as the pair have finally brought their online feud to an end.

The singer and Good Morning Britain host bumped into each other at a restaurant where they decided to put their differences aside – and after a pleasant exchange, Grande is now confident that Morgan has it in him to become a feminist.

Morgan took to Twitter to thank Grande for a “great night”, to which she replied: “Thank u for some laughs and some very productive conversation! It was nice bumping into you! #FutureFeministPiers #FingersCrossed.”

Elaborating on what suddenly sparked the sudden change in heart towards each other, Grande added: “Well.. We bumped into each other. At a restaurant. And I decided to sit with him and we spoke for a while.

“I think some progress was made! Turns out face to face discussions are a bit kinder and gentler, even if you do indeed disagree.”

Morgan even posted a selfie of the two of them on his official Instagram account and declared that after a long discussion over drinks they now ‘really like each other.’

Grande and Morgan fell out last year on social media after the GMB presenter accused girl band Little Mix of posing naked to sell records.

Morgan slated the band for posing nude painted with offensive words that had been used to abuse them online.

Grande then stepped in to defend the band, tweeting: “Women can be sexual AND talented. naked and dignified. It’s OUR choice and we will keep fighting till people understand. I say this with all due respect but thank you, next.”

“Also, I look forward to the day you realise there are other ways to go about making yourself relevant than to criticise young, beautiful, successful women for everything they do. I think that’ll be a beautiful thing for you and your career or what’s left of it,” she added.

But it looks like they’re all made up now. Could a duet be on the cards?
