Beachgoers can get free prosecco with fish and chips tomorrow

Beachgoers can get their hands on a free glass of fizz with their fish and chips this weekend.

The first 200 diners to get cod and chips at Captains on the Lower Promenade near Brighton's Palace Pier on Saturday, June 29, will be treated to a complimentary glass of La Gioiosa prosecco.

The deal begins at noon and the restaurant will be kitted out with La Gioiosa decorations for visitors to take pictures with.

La Gioiosa prosecco comes from Treviso, near Venice, Italy.
