The top 100 restaurants in the UK have been named and London has dominated the list with its extensive offerings of food from every culture. Fifty four of the nation's best restaurants are based right here in the capital according to a brand new list by the National Restaurant Awards.

Food is one of the best measures of the depth of multiculturalism in London. Local cuisine collides with far-out culture and does the tango. Unity comes in the places where you'd least expect like the number two spot on the list at Mountain in Soho where traditional Welsh ingredients meet Spanish flavour strutting into the green and pleasant land.

We've rounded up every London restaurant on the list in order in a one-stop shop for the capital's foodies. You could go to one each weekend of the year (plus two).
