The Birmingham craft and farmers' market you can catch the bus or train to on Sunday
If you're at a loose end on Sunday there's a farmers and craft market being held in Sutton Coldfield town centre where shoppers can browse 35 stalls filled with food, drink, gifts, treats and more. The market is held in the Parade on the last Sunday of each month and this year sellers include bakers, a cheesemonger, jams, pies, arts and crafts.
The Farmers and Craft Market is a regular event but if you don't venture into the town centre on a Sunday, you might not know it's there. Trains from Birmingham New Street to Sutton Coldfield take 20 minutes and on Sunday, they're every half an hour. There are buses from Upper Corporation Street that take you into Sutton too.
The market opens at 10am and runs until 3pm. The Flower Ladies will be in attendance for lovely photo opportunities and there'll be free face painting and live music to enjoy.

We've posted the full list of traders below for you to take a look at if you're keen to research more on where you want to spend your money before you go. We took £20 to the Jewellery Quarter Artisan Market, which has different organisers to the Sutton Coldfield market, last week and managed to shop from five different vendors - read about that here.
Markets are more popular than ever in 2024 and there are community events selling local produce and makes in neighbourhoods like Harborne, Jewellery Quarter, Bournville and Kings Heath every month.
