Yahoo News Border Biscuits launches its first biscuit snack bar with dark chocolate and ginger
Popular Scottish snack brand Border Biscuits has stepped into the snack bar game with a new product that will delight fans old and new.
The independent brand has turned its customers' favourite dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits into tasty-sounding snack bars; perfect for picnics, lunch boxes and outdoor adventures.
Border Biscuits’ Dark Chocolate Gingers have plenty of fans, and were recently crowned the UK’s favourite chocolate covered ginger biscuits − with 33.7million biscuits sold last year. That's a lot of biscuits.
And now that super popular flavour is captured in the new bars, using the same famous recipe. Think crunchy biscuit with fiery ginger, perfectly paired with a layer of softly bitter dark chocolate; a match made in heaven that leaves a gentle tingle on your tongue.
And, after watching a video of the new treat being produced and seeing the crunchy biscuit get coated in swirling molten chocolate, who could resist?
