Date and time confirmed for decisive Tottenham vs Man City Premier League fixture

The Premier League have confirmed a new date for Tottenham's crunch league fixture against Man City that will take place later in the season. Originally in the calendar for Saturday, April 20, the game was postponed as a result of Pep Guardiola's team featuring in the FA Cup semi-finals against Chelsea that weekend.

Amid question marks over when exactly the showdown would be played with limited available slots left in the calendar with the end of the campaign fast approaching, the sides will now meet at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday, May 14.

The game in north London will kick-off at 8pm and it is due to be broadcast live on Sky Sports. The fixture between the sides could have a huge bearing on the final Premier League table as it is both side's penultimate fixture of the term.

Tottenham are very much in the mix for a Champions League finish as things stand, with City looking to make it four successive Premier League titles on the trot. As well as news regarding the Man City fixture, a date and time has also been confirmed for Spurs' home match against Burnley.

The match against the Lancashire side remains as originally planned in the calendar and it will take place on Saturday, May 11 with a 3pm kick-off. The game will not be broadcast live in the UK that weekend as four other Premier League games have been selected for TV coverage instead.

Tottenham will then bring down the curtain on their season with a trip to Sheffield United. The game in South Yorkshire will commence at 4pm on Sunday, May 19.
