Britney Spears Shares The BEST Throwback Photo Featuring A Fresh-Faced Leonardo DiCaprio

It’s happened everyone – Britney Spears has won Instagram.

In what is surely one of the most epic throwback Thursday photos of all time, the pop princess shared a vintage snap of her and Leonardo DiCaprio, who is throwing up the “west coast” sign while wearing a Boston Red Sox cap.

How about that for a blast of nostalgia?

Personally, we’re fans of the Baby One More Time singer’s denim top with cutoff sleeves but that’s another story…

Brit captioned the photo with the simple hash tag “#tbt”, shutting down the whole throwback Thursday competition (forever).

Unfortunately no further details were given about when, where or why this photo was taken but we’re assuming that it’s from the very early ‘00s.

The image of the famous pair (and their questionable fashion choices) bears a striking resemblance to a cover that they did for US teen magazine Tiger Beat around the same time.

Meanwhile, Leo shared an equally cute image of an entirely different nature over on his Twitter feed…

YEP. That is Leo with an orangutan.

The 41-year-old actor posted the photo in a bid to raise awareness of endangered animals.

He tweeted: “@socp_tweets rescues and rehabilitates these amazing creatures. Support them at http://www.sumatranorangutan.org/support-us”

From Britney’s old school snap to present day, all that Leo has managed to prove is that he’s forever monkeying around.
