Brooklyn Beckham hoping to start big family soon with new wife Nicola Peltz

Brooklyn Beckham has said he wants to have 10 children with wife Nicola Peltz - and he is ready start their family "soon."

The 23-year-old son of Spice Girl-turned-fashion-designer Victoria Beckham and football star David Beckham married the 28-year-old American actor married in a Jewish ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida in April.

Brooklyn has now told Entertainment Tonight: "I've always wanted to be a young dad and I would love to have a family soon, but whenever my wife is ready.

"I could have like 10, but her body... it's her decision."

The former-photographer-turned-aspiring-chef met Peltz at Coachella music festival in 2017 and they began dating around three years later. They announced their engagement in July 2020.

Brooklyn recently told Variety: "We would love to have a big family one day. We would love to have some of our own, and we would love to adopt. … It'll be so cool to … have little Peltz Beckhams running around."

He added that Peltz - whose father is billionaire businessman Nelson, 80 - has an instinct that their firstborn will be a boy.

Brooklyn is the eldest of four children to David, 47, and Victoria, 48. They also have sons Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 17, and daughter Harper, 11.

Bates' Motel star Peltz has seven siblings.

Brooklyn - who has said he discovered a love of cooking during lockdown - recently launched his own cookery show with Facebook Messenger called Cookin’ With Brooklyn.

The wannabe chef was mocked when he went on the Today show and demonstrated his skills by making a sandwich.

He recently said he'd like to open his own gastropub in Los Angeles.

Brooklyn, who previously published a book of photography in 2017 that was slated by critics, said: "I love taking pictures of my wife. I still have all my film cameras, but now it’s just more of a fun thing to do.

"They were kind of all hobbies. I was still trying to find that one thing I would literally die for, and I found that with cooking."
