Go BTS of Travis Kelce's Eras Tour Debut: a Secret Plan With Taylor Swift, 1 Night of Rehearsal, and Future Cameos

In case you're in the.0001 percent of society who didn't see the pictures / footage, Travis Kelce surprised everyone by jumping on stage at the Eras Tour last weekend. And apparently he and Taylor Swift have been planning the moment for a while.

"Taylor and Travis have recently discussed Travis making an appearance onstage at the Eras tour, when timing was right, and they finally made it happen," a source tells Entertainment Tonight. "Travis was so excited to support Taylor onstage, and Taylor couldn't be happier to feature him, especially during such a fun, pivotal scene in the show."

Turns out Travis "only had one night of rehearsal" before his performance, but he "didn't miss a beat!" And as for whether or not fans can expect him to make another appearance on stage sometime soon, happy news: "The two are hoping he can make a cameo again in the future."

Meanwhile, a source tells People that "Travis has been busy working and attending events in the U.S. and was thrilled he could join her in London. They loved being onstage together. He is confident and fun, and it was one of her tour highlights."

FYI, Tay made it clear just how into the moment she was by @-ing Travis in her Instagram post, even mentioning she was "swooning" at his debut. Direct quote: "I’m still cracking up/swooning over @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut 🥰"

TBD on if Travis will be traveling with Tay for her upcoming Dublin shows or heading back to the United States—but fingers crossed we see him on stage again soon!
