Cagney & Lacey star shares details of Casualty role

Sharon Gless has spoken about her forthcoming role in Casualty for the first time.

The Cagney & Lacey actress announced in July this year that she would be swapping Hollywood for Holby and joining the BBC One medical soap.

She will play Zsa Zsa Harper-Jenkinson, described as a "maestro of surgery" and a former mentor to Dylan (William Beck), and will make her debut appearance during this Saturday's episode (November 18).

For the first time, Sharon has now revealed more about her experience on set and what we can expect from her character.
