Daniel Cloran, 42, is wanted on recall to prison -Credit:GMP

A manhunt is underway across Greater Manchester for a 42-year-old. Greater Manchester Police says Daniel Cloran is currently wanted by the force.

An appeal issued this afternoon (April 26) says Cloran is wanted on recall to prison. According to GMP, Cloran is known to have links to Manchester city centre and Higher Blackley.

He is also known to have links to the Stretford area of Trafford, GMP says. A photo of Cloran has been released on social media today alongside an urgent appeal to find him.

In the photo, Cloran can be seen with grazes on his nose, right cheek and above his right eye. Members of the public are being urged to look out for Cloran.

Anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts is urged to call GMP as soon as possible, on 0161 856 7795. Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
