Like last week's line-up, they'll have to begin by showcasing a mystery ingredient in their first dish.
Their street food challenge is to serve up a popular Canadian delicacy, and they'll finish by creating a special dinner party dish before someone is eliminated.
In the week's second episode, they'll cook pasta and pesto followed by a challenge from acclaimed cook Freddy Forster based on dishes from his West African heritage, and will then have to make a dish that tells a story about their own childhood with another celebrity leaving the competition.
The quarter-final is a tense challenge to cook a perfect two-course meal for former contestants Vicky Pattison, Neil "Razor" Ruddock and John Partridge, with two chefs making it through to the semi-finals.
