Scorched Vehicles Line Street in Fire-Struck Vina Del Mar

The death toll from severe wildfires burning in central Chile had risen to at least 112 by Sunday, February 4, officials said.

The mayor of the hard-hit coastal city of Vina del Mar said that at least 372 people had been reported missing, according to local reports.

A curfew was ordered in Vina de Mar and other nearby communities by the Chilean armed forces on Monday.
