Cheltenham Town goalkeeper Max Harris has been made available for transfer after four years with the club.

The 24-year-old has impressed during loan spells at Weston-super-Mare and Bath City, but he is yet to make his EFL debut for the Robins.

He has made four appearances in the EFL Trophy since joining from Oxford United in the summer of 2020.

New boss Michael Flynn is set to bring in Joe Day as player/goalkeeper coach, with James Bittner leaving to take a role at a League One club.

Gloucestershire Live understands a new loan number one from a Championship club is then likely to be added to the squad.

Meanwhile, midfielder Elliot Bonds' transfer to League Two rivals Fleetwood Town is moving closer, although he is yet to finalise personal terms.

A five-figure fee has been agreed between the clubs for the 24-year-old, who is keen to join the Lancashire team, who are managed by Charlie Adam.

Further departures of contracted players are expected in the coming days and weeks.
