Chloe Sims is the first ever woman to take the love lift on ITV's Take Me Out.

To celebrate the Paddy McGuinness-fronted show's 10th anniversary, ITV recruited two famous faces – the TOWIE legend and Strictly's Claudia Fragapane – to be contestants and pick a date from the first ever all-male line-up.

During an exclusive chat with Digital Spy, Chloe admitted that while she was initially very excited to be participating in the show, stage fright took over when it actually came to filming.

"Honestly, I can't stress how much it freaked me out," she told us. "The poor producers! I said to them, 'Please, I don't want to do it anymore' – but they said I'd be fine. I was so petrified though, especially going down in the lift."

Although the reality favourite is more than comfortable being on camera, she's not used to filming in front of so many people.

Remember, on top of the live studio audience, she was also being judged by 30 men gawping at her.

When asked whether she was able to hide her nerves, Chloe admitted that it will be pretty obvious to everyone watching how terrified she was.

"My legs were shaking and I couldn't concentrate," she confessed. "I thought I was going to faint, I was that nervous. I was feeling so vulnerable. I didn't want Paddy to leave me. Any time he walked off, I was like, 'Where are you going?!' I was so scared.

"I'm such a huge fan of the show that when I was given the opportunity to take part, it was a no-brainer – but I hadn't taken into consideration that I'm not used to being on stage. I've got massive respect for all the men that do it now."

Take Me Out is the most successful dating show on TV, responsible for several engagements, marriages and even a baby!

However, Chloe insisted that didn't play a part in her decision to take part.

She explained: "To be honest, I was looking at it from the point of view of having fun, rather than possibly finding a husband – only because of my age. But there was a range of ages from what I could see when I walked out."

Did Chloe find the man of her dreams to take to Fernando's? You'll have to tune in to find out!

Take Me Out: The Tenth Anniversary Special is on ITV tomorrow (February 24) at 6pm.
