Yahoo News Colman's is delivering 'Farm to Fork' lamb roast dinner boxes for Easter
Iconic British brand Colman's have teamed up with award-wining online butcher Farmison & Co, to offer nationwide delivery of Easter Sunday roast boxes. They're available to order until Saturday (11 April), so you still have time.
As many may be struggling to get fresh produce, or relying on others to do their shopping while isolating, gathering together all the ingredients for a roast dinner may not seem a priority.
But, if in the hopes of restoring some normality to our Easter celebrations, Colman's and Farmison & Co have curated a beautiful British sourced 'farm to fork' lamb roast that households across the country can order.
Costing £40 – with a 25% discount for NHS Staff – each box contains a free range & grass-fed British leg of lamb, paired with a fragrant jar of Colman’s Norfolk grown mint sauce. And, naturally, there's also a jar of Colman’s Original English Mustard for those fond of a fiery kick to their lunch. As well as this, they're rounding off the meal with locally sourced greens and novel Easter treats, including ‘Chicks in Blankets’ and festive Hot Cross Bun Stuffing.
Kyrie Merryman, Marketing Manager at Colman’s, said in a release: “Easter Sunday will undoubtedly look very different for all of us this year, but we wanted to be able to try and make things a little easier by getting fresh British produce delivered to households up and down the country, in the hope of adding a touch of enjoyment at a time when we all need it the most.”
The parcel is perfect to lift the spirits within your home without unnecessary shopping trips. It could also make a really warming gesture to send as a gift, if you want to make sure someone you love still gets their Easter roast lunch. Though those isolating alone will have a lot of leftovers as the kit serves 5-6 people! Lamb sandwiches anyone?

As a gesture of gratitude to the UK’s frontline workers, NHS staff will be offered a 25% discount on orders. To redeem this, workers need to email Farmison & Co (care@farmison.com) from their NHS email address to receive a discount code to be redeemed online.
