Coronation Street Claire Sweeney's photo with Ricky Hatton has Emmerdale star 'gutted'

Emmerdale actress Michelle Hardwick said she is "gutted" after Claire Sweeney shared a snap of herself and partner Ricky Hatton on holiday together.

Claire, 53, is currently dating the boxing legend, having met him on the latest season of Dancing On Ice. Claire enjoyed a trip abroad with "The Hitman" last month as they jetted off to Tenerife together.

And now the Coronation Street star and her other half have travelled to Majorca for some more sunshine. Claire regularly shares updates with her many Instagram followers, and on Sunday evening she told fans she had been to Spain.

Posting a photo of herself and Ricky outside a bar, Claire simply said: "Lovely weekend in Majorca with @rickyhitmanhatton x". Claire's celebrity pals have been quick to comment, as Emmerdale's Vanessa Woodfield actress Michelle said: "Beautiful. Gutted we missed you".

This Morning's Josie Gibson simply posted a series of red heart emojis, while actor and film producer Terry Stone said: "Lovely couple right there".

Fans have also wished Claire and Ricky well. Shelley said: "Beautiful photo" and Beth said: "Absolutely gorgeous, so happy for you".
