Ricky Hatton and Claire Sweeney share holiday snap

Ricky Hatton and Claire Sweeney have shared snaps of their holiday.

The former boxer, 45, and Brookside actress, 52, have jetted off to Tenerife to soak up some sun this bank holiday. The pair have been enjoying their holiday to the canary islands with some of Ricky's "besties" - he shared a snap on his Instagram earlier today surrounded by friends.

On Instagram he captioned the photo: "Great day with me besties. Great win for the blues aswel. Jimmy l,micky m, @dawn_a_mullen @claire.sweeney @beachcabinreefe." He tagged Claire, as they were seen cosied up to people inside a pub.

The couple have been reportedly dating for weeks. It comes after the stars both appeared in ITV's Dancing on Ice earlier this year, which was won by actor, Ryan Thomas. They were spotted not long after enjoying a pub crawl in Ricky's home town of Greater Manchester.

It was reported earlier this year that the couple had been 'besotted' with each other and said they have had “electric chemistry” since meeting during rehearsals for the ITV reality show.

It appears their chemistry remains unbreakable as they can be seen to have beaming smiles while enjoying their recent trip to Tenerife. Ricky also shared a photo of the two of them at dinner in a restaurant, thanking the staff for looking after them.
