Corrections and clarifications

• The Foreign Office currently advises against all travel to parts of Pakistan, not against “all travel to Pakistan” (Afghan families entitled to come to UK at risk of return to Taliban, 15 April, p10).

• A quote from the flood-resilience campaigner Mary Long-Dhonau about understaffing issues (“quite often it will be one man and his dog”) referred to local authority flood risk-management departments, not to the Environment Agency (‘We feel alone’, 17 April, G2, p4). Also, the date of the 2023 flood alert was 20 October, not 21 October.
