Could ‘Peru Two’ Michaella McCollum Enter Celebrity Big Brother?

We’ve heard some bizarre Celebrity Big Brother rumours in our time, but could this be the most unexpected one yet?

According to bookies predictions, Michaella McCollum, part of the ‘Peru Two’, could be heading into the house - or any reality TV show, for that matter.

The 23-year-old was released from a Peruvian jail on parole last week after over two years, having attempted to smuggle £1.5m of cocaine from Peru to Spain.

Though it’s thought that she’ll have to remain in Peru for some time as part of her parole, she’s already being tipped to star in some sort of reality TV show when she returns to the UK.

The Irish Mirror reports that bookies are currently giving 7/1 odds of Northern Ireland’s Michaella entering the Celebrity Big Brother house - although, judging by some of the crazy rumours we’ve heard in the past, we’ll have to take this prediction with a pinch of salt.

Paddy Power has given odds on an appearance on Come Dine With Me (10/1) and I’m A Celebrity (16/1) too.

Not only that, but they’re also apparently taking bets on actresses who could play Michaella in a Hollywood blockbuster about her life, including Saoirse Ronan (8/1) and Brie Larson (10/1).

Paddy Power spokesman Féilim Mac An Iomaire said: “Michaella has gone from slammer to glamour following her release and we very much doubt that we’ve seen the last of her on our screens.”
